I can’t recommend this dental office enough. They are always professional, friendly, and make you feel comfortable. I am always well cared for during my visits. The hygienist, Sharma Marrs is the “best” in the world and that’s coming from someone who has travelled the world. I recently visited Dr. DuRant's dental office, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the assistant over the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and found a convenient time for my visit. When I arrived, the hygienist (Shawndra) greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. She was gentle, thorough, and explained what she was doing at each step, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. DuRant was exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear explanations, and offered thoughtful recommendations for my dental care. His expertise and calm demeanor made me feel confident I was in good hands. Overall, the entire team was professional, kind, and efficient. Oct. 4, 2023; This is my second service with the new staff at Cross County Dentistry and as usual everyone is courteous and want to provide the best service possible. If you are searching for a family atmosphere; then I highly recommend giving Cross County Dentistry a try, you won't be disappointed. Thx. TJ The staff and doctors at Cross County Dentistry are very professional. They have a friendly atmosphere and a clean facility. The office makes contact via email and phone call in advance of an appointment and gives briefs from your last visit and before the next service commence.
